Websites

Websites are a crucial opportunity to show off everything your organization does and/or can offer while controlling the message. Since most visitors won’t spend much time on your website, in addition to good design and easy navigation, you need to grab their attention quickly with on-point messaging that clearly explains what you do and convinces them that your organization is the one.

Brochures, magazines & pamphlets

Whether printed or in electronic form, to inform potential investors, donors or clients about your organization and its offering, to promote a specific initiative or product, or to inform and engage employees, brochures, pamphlets and magazines remain effective tools for many organizations. They must be well designed to catch people’s attention, but what is written is equally – if not more – important. Messaging must be carefully considered, written clearly and target your audience to effectively achieve the intended goal(s).

E-newsletters are a great way to inform your audience of what’s new with your organization – directly to their inbox. We have written numerous articles and blogs for clients, mostly for trade/industry magazines or website/LinkedIn blogs. In some cases, we get a byline and in others we’re ghostwriters. News releases and traditional media coverage remain vital for many organizations, whether in general news or industry-specific/niche media. Several of our team members are former journalists, meaning we understand news desks and the news cycle better than others and this has translated into success garnering positive and considerable news coverage for clients. When dealing with a public relations crisis, we create a targeted media strategy, question & answer (Q&A) documents to prepare stakeholders for answering prickly questions and media training, crucial for any media spokesperson.

Presentations & events

Presentations should look engaging and professional, and for that, our team develops templates for your organization. However, each presentation should ideally be professionally customized, not only to your specific objective but to your intended audience and the speaker. A presentation may look amazing with three words on each slide, but if the presenter is not a comfortable public speaker and has not rehearsed, the results can be counterproductive. Indeed, training, which we offer as well, can make an enormous difference in delivering an effective presentation. Finally, we have the expertise and contacts to fully organize your webinar needs, including with simultaneous translation.

Advertisements

We are not an advertising agency. That said, our experience getting a targeted message across to specific audiences in a concise manner has meant success at writing ads, some for B2B in industry magazines, others for the general public either via magazines, web or social media.

Promotional banners

Promotional banners and posters may be very graphics-based, but without the right words and messages targeted to your audience, they won’t be effective.
